Funding Give to Get Policy
Our “Give to Get” Policy is inspired by Proverbs 11:25: “A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.”
We believe that true growth comes from service. Therefore, all STEM Ambassadors Clubs are expected to embody a spirit of generosity by giving back to their local communities through educational acts of service throughout the school year.
Each club must also maintain accurate and detailed records of all official activities, including meeting attendance, budgets, transactions, events, and community outreach projects.
Please note that funding releases may be delayed if clubs fail to submit required documentation or evidence of active engagement—such as reports, photos, and purchase records.
