This is a information site for volunteer recruitment purposes. If we do not meet the volunteer head count needed for this event by July 31st we will notify all volunteers of changes.
- Saturday Duration: 4.5 hours (2 hours shifts available)
- Volunteers Age Requirements: 10-17
- Event Volunteers Minimum Needed: 8 volunteers

About the event
Bring the family to come explore your or your child’s favorite big trucks, heavy duty equipment, and large vehicles! The City of Milton, Community Outreach Touch-a-Truck Event, hosted with Stonecreek Church, will give kids a hands-on experience of enjoying big trucks. There will also be food, live music, inflatables, and more at this free, can’t-miss event on Saturday, September 6th, from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m!

When: September 6th, 9 AM (setup) – 1 PM EST (breakdown)
Who: City of Milton Community Outreach Team
How many volunteers are needed?: 10-12 For various shifts from 8:00 am (setup time) through 2:30 pm (break down time)

We need volunteers to help set up the National STEM Society activity at 9 a.m., host STEM event games or crafts, and help with the event’s breakdown after it ends at 1:00 p.m.
If you are interested in volunteering, email Annabelle at info@nationalstemsociety.org to provide more information to volunteer and support coordinating this event in Angel’s absence.

Complete and email all forms to info@nationalstemsociety.org for processing to secure your volunteer assignment for the Milton Touch a Truck event on September 6th.
