The National STEM Society is run 80% by volunteers and partnership support systems from corporations like Microsoft, Google, Canva, and Adobe to name a few. What makes our operations unique is the time dedicated by our strong volunteer pool of students, parents, community leaders, partners, and professional women and men in STEM careers who see the value of our existence in communities across cultures in North America. Help us bring the gap in educational resources, tools, and materials in the schools, libraries and communities we serve.

Since 2015, we have impacted the lives of 23,000 students, 1800 families, and 126 communities across cultures with SPARK STEM 365 educational mobile Science, Technology, Arts, Engineering, and Mathematics laboratories and research initiatives in North America.

How you can help?
We are in need of volunteers interested in making a difference in the lives of the underrepresented youth, schools and communities.
There are many opportunities to volunteer at the National STEM Society to include greeting partners, event set up and marketing, day camps, workshops, STEM activities host and more.
Each volunteer will be required to complete a criminal background check and attend volunteer orientation session prior to volunteering at the new location or event sites. We

Safety First is our primary core value following service to our participants at the highest value of the time, talents and treasures offered from our dedicated volunteer pool. All volunteers are required to complete a background check screening through the National Council for Safety Initiatives (NCSI) before you can volunteer. Corporate sponsorship is in place for all underage volunteers under the age of 17 in middle and high school due to recent publications of school shooting by minors. For all volunteers over the age of 17 is required to donate $20 of the $35 NCSI processing fees from our home page by clicking How do I donate.
